Terms of Sale & Export Policies

Global Delivery: We partner with top-tier shipping companies for sea shipments and high-volume container programs. For expedited air shipments and courier services, we primarily tie up with FedEx, UPS, or the most secure global transit provider available for your region.

Dispatch Time: In-stock items are processed and handed over to our courier within 1-2 business days.

Duties & Taxes: Pricing includes shipping to your destination. Buyers are strictly responsible for paying local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival.

Initiating an Order: Connect with our team via email info@shuklabrothers.in or WhatsApp to generate your formal commercial invoice.

Ready Stock Terms: Payment is securely handled via direct Bank-to-Bank wire transfer through the international banking system.

Volume Production: Payment is securely handled via Bank-to-Bank wire transfer with a 40% advance deposit to initiate weaving, and the 60% balance due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Pre-Dispatch Approval: To guarantee absolute satisfaction, high-resolution pictures of your actual rugs are shared for your final visual approval before dispatch.

Cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of purchase to cancel a ready-stock order. Custom orders can only be cancelled prior to CAD approval.

Final Sale: Due to the complexities of international freight, all sales are final. We strictly do not accept returns on dispatched ready-stock items, bespoke orders, or FCL shipments. Any manufacturing defects identified upon delivery are handled promptly by our support team.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For our ready-stock inventory, there is no strict MOQ. For custom B2B manufacturing, the standard MOQ depends on the construction type, typically starting at 20-40 square meters.

Lead Times: Hand-tufted rugs typically take 30-45 days, while complex hand-knotted pieces may require 90-120 days. We provide accurate timelines with every bespoke quotation.
